Cooking Lessons
My name is Simonetta and I was born and raised in a small village in Italy called Atina located south of Rome.

Like most Italian families, food has always been a very big part of our way of life and many recipes have been passed down through the generations.
My grandmother was passionate about cooking which then led my mum learning many tasty dishes.
As a young girl growing up, I would help my mum in the kitchen whenever I could, especially as she would let me taste as we went along.
Only family members have been told the ingredients and cooking methods to some of the dishes, making them unique.
By using fresh home-made pasta all my dishes have a traditional and authentic Italian taste.
I am always trying out new recipes and high quality ingredients to extend and improve our menu.
